Cui Lianbiao, male, was born in Mengcheng, Anhui Province in May 1987. He is now the vice Dean of the School of Statistics and Applied Mathematics of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, a professor, a doctoral supervisor, and a visiting scholar of Tsinghua University. Elsevier is a highly cited scholar in China, selected as the reserve candidate for academic and technology leader in Anhui Province and the leading talent of Jianghuai Cultural Celebrity in Anhui Province, approved as the Outstanding Youth Science Fund of Anhui University and the Outstanding Youth Fund of Natural Science in Anhui Province, enjoys the special allowance of Bengbu City government, and is the tutor of outstanding young graduate students in Anhui Province. His research interests include energy and environmental economics, computable general equilibrium models, and green finance, and he is a leading developer of global multi-regional quarterly dynamic CGE models. He has presided over more than 10 national and provincial projects, published more than 60 papers in domestic and foreign journals, won 8 provincial and ministerial awards, and 7 reports have been approved by provincial and ministerial leaders.
