The Collaborative Innovation Center of Ecological Economy and Management is based on Anhui University of Finance and Economics as the leading university, Anhui Academy of Environmental Science and Anhui Bureau of Statistics as an important supporting unit, University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui University of Science and Technology as the main participating universities, Anhui Aoli Machinery Technology Co., LTD., Bengbu Zhonghuan Water Co., Ltd. and other environmental energy enterprises in Anhui Province as collaborative units. It is a collaborative innovation body jointly established with international innovation forces such as Singapore's Agency for Science, Technology and Research and Inha University of South Korea.


The Center has established a substantive academic organization management structure, in which the Council is the decision-making body for major development issues, and the academic committee is the highest academic decision-making body, which initially realizes the clarity of powers and responsibilities.


The Center has established an innovation research team based on five tasks. The five major tasks are: (1) To build a domestic first-class talent training base with certain international influence; The formation of diverse, harmonious and dynamic international exchanges; (3) Carry out scientific research activities that have important contributions to the country and Anhui Province; (4) To form a unique cooperative study on environmental management of Hyacarpus; (5) Establish and publish China's environmental assessment index system.


Relying on Anhui University of Finance and Economics provincial class A key discipline Applied Economics and 4 provincial and ministerial level key research bases, the center integrates the resources of a first-level national key discipline (cultivation) and its postdoctoral mobile station in the province. The Center has formed a research team with well-known scholars such as Professor Song Malin as academic leaders. At the same time, the center has also undertaken a large number of major scientific research projects and major tasks at the national and provincial levels, and has tried to solve cutting-edge problems in the field of ecological economy and management in practice.
