Zhou Yuanxiang, male, Doctor, Associate professor, master supervisor, graduated from the School of Statistics of Beijing Normal University in June 2019 with a Doctor's degree in economics. He is now a full-time teacher at the School of Statistics and Applied Mathematics of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, a member of the Collaborative Center for Ecological Economy and Management, and deputy director of the Department of Economic Statistics. Selected as Jianghuai Culture Famous young talents in Anhui Province, Anhui University social science outstanding youth, Anhui University of Finance and Economics Longhu Scholar, Anhui University of Finance and Economics education - planning scientific research model. His research interests include resource and environmental statistics, health economy, economic statistics and accounting. As first author or corresponding author in Statistical Research, Journal of Natural Resources, Annals of Operations Research, Resources Policy, Resources, He has published more than 20 academic papers in CSSCI, SCI and SSCI retrieval journals such as Conservation & Recycling, and one of them has been selected as ESI hot paper. In addition, He is the author of Management Modernization, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Marine Policy, Archives of the Public He is an anonymous reviewer of international journals such as Health, Computational Economics, and review editor of Frontiers in Environmental Science. He has presided over four scientific research projects, including the National Social Science Fund Youth Project, the Humanities and Social Science Research Youth Project of the Ministry of Education, the key project of the Natural Science Fund of Universities in Anhui Province, and the Outstanding Youth Research Project of universities in Anhui Province, and participated in several national and provincial projects. In recent years, he has published two monographs in a first-class publishing house, won the second prize of Three topics of Anhui Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology twice, a report on the administration and management was approved by the vice Chairman of the Anhui Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and a policy proposal was adopted and applied by Changfeng County Development and Reform Commission.
