Zhao Xin, male, Huainan City, Anhui Province, Anhui University of Finance and Economics, special associate professor, doctor, master tutor, part-time graduate counselor. In June 2021, he entered Anhui University of Finance and Economics to engage in teaching and research work, and was hired as a lecturer in June 2021. In September 2021, he was specially appointed as Longhu Scholar of Anhui University of Finance and Economics; In January 2022, he was appointed as special Associate Professor of Anhui University of Finance and Economics. In June 2023, he was selected as the reserve candidate for the sixth batch of academic leaders of Anhui University of Finance and Economics. In recent years, he is mainly engaged in the study and research of greenhouse gas emission reduction, economic green development, natural resources management and other aspects. At present, he has presided over 4 provincial and ministerial projects, such as the Humanities and Social Science Youth Fund Project of the Ministry of Education, the Outstanding Youth Research Project of Anhui University, the Philosophy and Social Science Planning Youth Project of Anhui Province, and the Innovation and development research project of Anhui Province. Since 2018, As the first author/corresponding author in well-known journals at home and abroad, such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Energy Economics, Annals of Operations He has published more than 40 papers on Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and many of them have been selected as ESI highly cited and hot papers. He has published two monographs in the Economic Science Press. Five think tank achievements have been approved or adopted by provincial and ministerial leaders or departments.
