According to the Anhui University of Finance and Economics Undergraduate Research and Innovation Fund Management Measures (Ancaifa (2021) No. 41), the 2023 undergraduate research and innovation fund project application is now carried out, the specific matters are as follows:

1. Category and funding

Undergraduate research and innovation fund projects are divided into two categories: key projects and general projects. In principle, no more than 60 key projects are approved each year, and each project is funded by 1000 yuan. In principle, no more than 200 projects are approved each year, and each project is subsidized by 500 yuan. The funding will be disbursed in full on a lump sum basis.

2. Declaration conditions

1. The applicant should be an undergraduate student (non-graduating class) in our school, with excellent quality and academic ability, strong independent thinking and innovation consciousness, and strong interest in scientific research and social practice.

2. Applicants who have published papers in publicly published academic journals will be given priority under the same circumstances.

3. Undergraduate Research Innovation Fund projects should be applied in the form of innovation teams. The project applicant must be the project leader. Encourage undergraduate students with different disciplinary backgrounds to form innovative teams across grades and majors. There are generally no more than five project team members.

4. Each undergraduate student can only apply for or participate in one project in the same year, and the person in charge of the research project can not apply for or participate in new projects, and the scientific research project that has been approved by the relevant department can not be repeated.

5. The declared projects should have certain academic significance or application value, and encourage the use of professional knowledge to carry out innovative research.

6. The tutorial system shall be implemented in the project research. Each program must have a faculty advisor who is responsible for guiding undergraduate students in the development of the project research. In principle, the instructor should have an intermediate title or a master's degree or above, and have a certain scientific research ability, and be enthusiastic about students' scientific research activities. No more than two projects should be supervised by each advisor in the same year.

3. Target allocation

Iv. Review procedures

Each school shall review the application materials, and submit them to the Scientific Research Office after review and ranking (the key projects are sorted separately, the general projects are sorted separately).

V. Supplementary explanation

1. Requirements for project conclusion:

(1) Key project completion, the project leader must publicly publish 2 papers related to the research content or 1 paper related to the research content in the D-level journals designated by the school.

(2) General project closure, the project leader must publicly publish 1 paper related to the research content.

2. Publication of papers in the journal of Student Economic Research Association of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, University Students' Economic Exploration, shall be regarded as public publication of journal papers.

3. Papers related to the research content of the project used for closing items must be marked with the words Anhui University of Finance and Economics Undergraduate Research Innovation Fund Project funding (project approval number). The first signatory of the paper must be Anhui University of Finance and Economics. The project leader must be the first person to complete the thesis.

4. After the completion of the project, the workload of the project instructor shall be determined according to the Anhui University of Finance and Economics Discipline Competition Management Measures (School political word (2020) 62).

5. Upon completion of the project, the following materials shall be submitted in time:

(1) Final report.

(2) Copies of the corresponding results (the original shall be returned to the author after verification by the School), such as papers, investigation reports, etc.

6. Submission of materials

All units are kindly requested to submit the paper version of the Application Form (one copy) and the Summary Form of 2023 Undergraduate Research Innovation Fund Project Application and Recommendation to the Program Division of Scientific Research Office before April 10, 2016.
