Recently, the National Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences announced the list of major projects of the National Social Science Fund to study and interpret the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party, and the Research on Comprehensively Establishing a system of Efficient Use of Resources, which was approved by Professor Song Malin, dean of the Graduate School of our University, as the chief expert. A total of 109 projects have been approved in the country, and our university is the only university in the province that has won the approval of this major project. The major project of the National Social Science Foundation is the project category with the highest level, the largest funding intensity, the most authoritative and the most fierce competition in the national philosophy and social sciences at the present stage. The project is initiated by open bidding for the whole country, aiming at selecting a strong scientific research team and launching philosophical and social science research results that represent the national level and have great theoretical value and practical significance. It is regarded as an important symbol of measuring scientific research strength and scientific research organization ability by social science circles. In recent years, the university attaches great importance to the cultivation of high-level scientific research projects, gives full play to the incentive, guidance and guarantee role of the system, strengthens the overall planning and organizational management of project declaration, pays attention to team building, gives play to the advantages of disciplines, highlights the characteristics of research, and develops key directions, and continuously improves the quality of project declaration. This major project of the National Social Science Fund reflects the good momentum of the development of philosophy and social science research in our university.
