On November 16, the establishment conference and high-end forum of first-class discipline Alliance of finance and economics universities were held in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Zhongnan University of Economics and Law led the establishment of the alliance and served as the chairman unit, and our university and 45 comprehensive and financial universities from all over the country became the first member units. Vice President Professor Feng Delian and Director of the Office of Discipline Construction Professor Song Malin were invited to attend the conference. At the meeting, under the background of the in-depth promotion of the double first-class strategy of national higher education, the school's achievements in discipline construction and postgraduate training quality were exchanged with the delegates.

The Finance and Economics First-class Discipline Construction Alliance aims to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of The State Council's Overall Plan for Coordinating the Construction of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplines and the Implementation Measures for Coordinating the Construction of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplines (Interim) of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, and to unite the exchanges and cooperation among financial education institutions across the country. To build a financial discipline construction system platform to provide theoretical support and intellectual services for the construction of a first-class financial discipline with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
