Recently, the Central Propaganda Department announced the list of cultural celebrities and four batch talents in 2019, and Professor Song Malin, dean of the Graduate School of our school, was selected as high-level talents in the theoretical field, achieving a breakthrough of zero second-class talents in the school.

Cultural Masters and the Four Batch talent training project is a national special program, aiming to select a group of high-level leading talents and outstanding young talents with good political quality, strong professional ability and academic style from six fields: theory (philosophy and social sciences), press, publishing, literature and art, cultural management and international communication. In 2019, the selection of cultural celebrities and four batch talents was conducted by the Central Propaganda Department in accordance with the relevant work deployment arrangements, on the basis of the recommendation of relevant departments in various regions, through the research of opinions, expert communication review and meeting review, social publicity and other procedures, and a total of 318 people were selected as cultural celebrities and four batch talents.
