According to the relevant provisions of the Anhui University of Finance and Economics Research Project Management Measures, the first batch of scientific research projects in 2023 is now completed, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Scope of acceptance

Anhui university humanities and social science research projects, natural science research projects, graduate research projects and university-level research projects (including education development projects).

2. Required materials

(1) Scientific research projects in colleges and universities of Anhui Province

1. Major projects: Project Application, Project Conclusion Form and supporting materials in six copies;

2. Key projects: Project Application Form, Project Conclusion Form and supporting materials in duplicate;

3. Postgraduate research projects: Project Application Form, Project Conclusion Form and supporting materials in duplicate.

(2) University-level scientific research projects (including educational development projects)

Project Application, Closing Approval and supporting materials in duplicate.

3. Submission of materials

All units are kindly requested to send the paper version of the statement materials and summary form (signed and sealed version) to the Project Management Division of Scientific Research Office, and the electronic version to ackyc22@163.com before the end of work on June 5th.

Note:

1. The relevant contents of the Statement of Examination and Approval involving finance and audit shall be handled by the applicant for settlement at the Finance Office and Audit Office;

2. According to the requirements of the completion process of scientific research projects, provincial and ministerial level projects and above need to provide academic reports and lecture records. When filling out the Summary Form of Scientific Research Projects in Universities and Colleges in Anhui Province, please confirm whether the academic reports and lecture records are submitted by the applicants;

3.The research cycle of Anhui university and university-level uncompleted scientific research projects (including 2020 project) established before 2020 has been completed for three years, this batch will focus on cleaning work, and the projects that have not applied for closure will be suspended or withdrawn.
